On the 29th October I will once again be taking part in the Phoenix Martial Arts charity fight to raise money for the Royal Marsden. As an association we have raised over £230,000 pounds for this amazing charity. I will spend over 4 hours that day kickboxing sparring almost continuously with children, ladies & men, it's going to be tough & I know there will be a lot of bruises by the end but it will be worth it!!!! Pippa & George will also be taking part for the first time, they will be sparring for an hour!
