<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">I am a volunteer with the 100 Black Men of London (mentor/do whatever i can to help) and on 30 April I took part in our annual Black Heroes Walk (5km) fundraising event - which also focuses on the promotion of good health and wellbeing for people of all ages. All participants have to dress up as a Black Icon, and all the money goes directly to the work that we do. My chosen icon was Michelle Obama - a strong advocate of education and of maintaining good health.</div>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">We all volunteer our time for free so anything you give will be put to good work to support our many programmes, such as:</div>
