<p>On May 20th 2012, We are taking part in the Eton Triathlon on 20th May in aid of L'Arche Kent.</p>
<p>After the last triathlon nearly killed me, I swore never to do this again. However, then I came across L'Arche Kent, and Steve's desire to take part, combined with my desire to help L'Arche, made us sign up. What better cause to suffer for???</p>

<p>So we'll be doing the following:</p>
<p>400m swim (sounds easy, but I can't do frontcrawl)</p>
<p>20km bike (I hate hills)</p>
<p>5km run (the less said the better)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We're trying to raise at least £500 which will help the community carry on doing the amazing work it already does in providing a safe and supportive environment for people with learning disabilities to live as equals with non-disabled people. Please dig deep and donate however much you can - even tiny amounts add up. The people of L'Arche Kent will be ever thankful, and the more money we get, the faster we will feel obliged to run!!</p>
<p>L'Arche Kent offers a community where people with learning disabilities can live independently, within the supportive environment of a community made up of disabled and non-disabled people. In this community people not only find a home, but also somewhere where they are accepted for who they are, as they are. The community currently provides a home for over 80 people across Kent, and as you can imagine, is therefore costly to run! Your donation wil help them to provide a safe and supportive environment for a lot of people.</p>
