Ann and I are taking part in a cycle challenge through Vietnam and Cambodia in order to raise awareness and funds for Professor Winston's charity 'Women for Women' raising vital frunds for the Genesis Trust. The trust was formed to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of distressing conditions in women and babies such as premature birth, miscarriage, cancer, genetic diseases and brain damage. The charity lies at the heart of the most profound of human wishes: to have a happy and healthy family.

We will be cycing approximately 400km starting in Vietnam and ending in Cambodia over a period of five days. The route will be challenging and a lot of cycle training will be necessary prior to our departure. In addition, we will be taking annual leave from our jobs in order to do this challenge.
