Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, your support is much appreciated!
Our Challenge...
In May of 2013 a team from Carpenter Box, along with a group of other businesses, will be driving from Manor Royal (in the heart of the Gatwick Diamond) to Monaco (south of France).
To make things interesting we'll be racing Jeremy Taylor of gdb who will be travelling via public transport. In the company of Steve Pullen (gdb Chairman) and David Montgomery (gdb Treasurer), Jeremy will have to find a bus, then a train, then who knows what to else to venture just under 900 miles to the South of France!
Our team of four staff members racing on behalf of Carpenter Box includes:
Robin 'Revvin' Evans, Sam 'Speedy' Ede, David 'Space' Hopper and Pete 'Hot Seat' Reading.
Each team will be at the wheel of their own vehicle so I can guarantee there will be plenty of competition and many stories to tell!
What's at stake...
If we manage to beat the public transport team to Monaco they must face the entire return journey dressed up as Kermit the Frog (which could be very dangerous as they travel back through France!).
If they manage to beat us... then we face a shameful journey back in the knowledge that they will probably get home before us too!
Why are we doing this?

Please support the Carpenter Box team as well as our fellow racers by donating as much as you can afford.
