From the 10^{th July} to the 13^th of July 2015, I am taking part in the gruelling challenge of cycling 400 miles in four days; from London to the Saint-Gobain Archives in Blois, France. This isn’t a gentle walk in the park - certainly not for me anyway.

I will have to train a minimum of 8 hours per week and train exceptionally hard , this is one of my biggest challenges to date and I will find this rather difficult but will always know that I am doing this for a truly amazing cause which will make the saddle sore all worth while.
