I will be taking part in the London Triathlon on the 22 July with the hope of raising as much money as possible for St Davids Hospice Care who  
provide bespoke, individual care for all patients and their families. They work alongside patients and hope to support them at the
most difficult times of their lives.

St David's Hospice Care aim to ensure that patients have a choice about the care they receive and maintaining dignity throughout their journey is paramount to what they do.

I will be competing in The London Triathlon with over 100 colleagues from TSB with the hope of beating my CEO, Paul Pester. Paul will donate £50 for each colleague who participates with an additional £50 for ever colleague who beats his time.

Throughout 2017 I will also be taking part in a number of other triathlon events including;

The Long Course Weekend in Tenby. An Iron Man event split over three days. 2.4 Mile swim on Friday evening, 112 mile bike ride on Saturday and a marathon on Sunday.

Weymouth Half Iron Man - 1.2Mile Swim, 56Mile Bike, Half Marathon all in one day.

So whilst I put my body through the mill, please take time to donate anything you can to a charity that does so much for people in South Wales and has personally helped my family in their moments of need.
