Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.   To keep updated on what we are doing to raise funds please check <a href="http://www.cartridgeslaw.co.uk/">www.cartridgeslaw.co.uk</a> news section   Four members of staff from Cartridges Solicitors have jumped at the chance to raise money for local charity Age Concern Exeter by taking to the skies and leaping out of a plane.  Cartridges, who are based in St Thomas, work closely with Age Concern Exeter, whose offices are also in the same area, and staff loved the idea of having fun while raising money.    The tandem parachute jumps will take place on 22nd May and meanwhile fundraising has started. The staff team, Nicola Elstone, Kathy Hulland, Katie Rendell-Martin and Amy Morgan, need to raise a minimum of £1580 but they are hoping the final figure will be much higher to support the charity‘s valuable work locally.    The team hope to become business entrepreneurs for the charity by selling unwanted items on e-bay and at a car boot sale. Colleagues and friends are already donating items to sell and the team’s asking for public donations, such as unwanted Christmas gifts. If the items don’t sell then the goods will be donated to Age Concern Exeter to sell in its shop.   Goods can be dropped in to Cartridges Solicitors any time during opening hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.      One event planned so far is a Spring coffee morning at which there will be cakes, tea, coffee, raffle, face painting and a few stalls to be held at Age Concern Exeter in Cowick Street, this will take place on 16th April 2011 between 10am and 12 noon. Pop in for a cuppa and slice of home-made cake for just £1.50 with all the money going in to the pot for the jump.    Raffle tickets will be on sale before the event.     Meanwhile Kathy, Nicola, Katie and Amy are baking a cake every Wednesday and charging their colleagues per slice - not good for post-Christmas diets, and there are also plans for a dress down day.         Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
