I will be taking part in the Castles challenge on 23rd August and am looking for sponsorship for the Evening Chronicle Sunshine fund.

This is an Olympic distance triathlon (1500m swim, 42km Cycle, 10km run). The 1500m sea swim will be in front of Bamburgh castle. We will then cycle the 42km/26miles from Bamburgh Castle to Alnwick castle and gardens. The 10km/6mile run will head out into the grounds of Alnwick castle and gardens and finish in the shadow of the castle.
