Story

My family are trying to establish a fund at the Royal Marsden Cancer charity, in memory of my Stepmum Debora. The Debora Matthews Fellowship will be paying for research into palliative care. Palliative care is a hugely under-researched field even though it is such an important part of healthcare. All the staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital were just fantastically caring and unbelievably skilled during Debbie's final visits there. We want to give something back to the hospital and to help improve care even further in the future. Please help us do this by donating some money so that the Fellowship can go ahead.

We started this drive with our Riding for Debora cycle challenge, and I want to give us another boost by doing something this summer. So I am going to shave my head! Some of my friends will not be as surprised as most of you are to hear this.

It will all happen on the 15th of June, I don't know where yet. If you would like to request any strange hairstyles for me to try out on the way to becoming bald, please post them in the message with your donation!
