I'll be jogging / walking / hobbling / crawling (in that order no doubt)! 10 miles around North London to raise money for Highgate Counselling.

For 50 years now they've opened their doors to anyone in emotional or psychological distress who can benefit from counselling / support or psycotherapy.  Qualified therapists voluntarily give their time to support clients, from City workers through to those in a refuge, who pay on a basis of what they can afford.

Highgate have no large corporate donators and are not funded by Government grants so rely on YOU to help keep the doors open.  Please help me help them!
