After completing last year’s Glasgow’s Womans 10k I’ve decided to take up the challenge of walking the “MOON WALK” which is 26.2 miles a marathon – I will start the walk at midnight and hopefully finish 6/7 hours later. I hope this will help raise funds for a great cause and also help me become fitter with the training that is required to complete my challenge.

The New Build Hospice will start on site in the very near future.  Kilbryde Hospice has been operating as a drop-in day centre within the Red Deer Centre for a considerable time.  During 2012 the centre has expanded to include a Care at Home Service.  The new build Kilbryde Hospice will allow vast expansion of all the existing services as well as providing a 12 bed in-patient unit which will provide support to those with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.
