Hi, I'm running the 2010 london marathon for a charity called LOOK. Look gives support to families of children with visual impairments.

I've started training and am currently running three to four times a week. My furthest so far is 5.6 miles. 09/11/2009.

My training is going well, I ran 16 miles today,22/01/2010.

I ran the portsmouth coastal 1/2 marathon today in 2:09 mins. (Got a medal).21/02/2010

My last race before the London marathon is a 20 mile race on 28/03/2010. Wish me luck and donate lots of money.

20 mile race done yesterday, took 3:53 mins due to a knee injury at 18 miles (but got another medal)

Just starting to taper my training down now to prepare for race day.
