Hello and thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Build It International, BGL Group's charity partner, is currently funding the building of a new school with three classrooms, new sanitation facilities, plus a house for teachers in Kabaka, Zambia. Every penny raised goes towards Build It International.

The current school uses an empty health clinic and makeshift classrooms of sticks and grass. There are 258 pupils, 171 girls and 87 boys on the school register. To build a new school and teacher’s house will give over 3,000 Zambian children the opportunity to access education.

I am taking part in this project because I was born in Zambia and feel this is an amazing opportunity to help the community in Kabaka. I have been involved in many fundraising and charity events over the years and this project will give a lasting legacy to the community.
