Watching "The Sound of Music" as a child must have affected me.  I have not climbed every mountain but I will be part of a group of women climbing Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas mountains this September.  We will be raising money for Camfed, an amazing charity which helps support and educate girls and women in sub-Saharan African countries.  You can read about the transformational effect their work has had on wome of the world's poorest communities on their website, camfed.org.   

We'll be trekking for four days and sleeping in tents at night.  I've already begun training and it would really help me to know that I had some support from my friends and colleagues.  Please think about donating some money to this great cause.
