Between December 2012 and February 2013, I will be turning 60 and taking early retirement from work.  These are occasions when friends and colleagues traditionally give gifts. I am hoping that instead of gifts to me, they will give to the University of Bristol, to support research into Climate Change and Sustainabilty.

Climate change affects us all, and the University of Bristol is taking a lead on this issue.  Funding support will help the University to research the many challenges at the interface between the physical, social and policy dimensions of climate change, and enable better understanding of its impact and what we can do to minimise its effects.
