Hello folks This year I'm running for both CAFOD and VSO.  I'm raising money for my late grandmother's Candlelight fund at CAFOD, which supports both long term development projects and emergency relief in developing countries.
During this 10K I'm hoping to avoid the scraggy Salford kids shouting "oi your arse is wobbling" just after Old Trafford.
