Sam is my great nephew and Chloe's cousin. He is a gorgeous, fun little boy who we love to bits and want to help him get to America for his treatment. As well as Chloe's sponsored walk we are also selling wristbands, bags for life, and Chloe and her friends have spent their lunchtimes for a week making some lovely Easter gifts which she is selling at Darwen Vale High School.
