Hi all!

Yes, as mad as I may be, this September I will spend a few days trekking through the Borneo jungle and ultimately conquering the mighty Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in South East Asia!

I will then spend 2 days cycling the Crocker Mountain Range, each day approx 90km!  Then, to top it all off, I'll be white water rafting down the Padas River.

This is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for a great cause, The Dame Vera Lynn Trust for Children with Cerebral Palsy.
