Story

Hi there

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you'll have seen from my email, I'm going to be slowly jogging rather than running the London Parks Half Marathon this Sunday in aid of the Joshua Hayday Helping Hands Trust

The Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust ("JHHHT") has been set up in memory of Joshua Hayday, the son of Nick and Katie Hayday (for those of you who don't know, Nick is a colleauge of mine at Linklaters)  who died in 2009 aged 10 months. Nick and Katie have set up JHHHT  to help support families with children with life-limiting conditions. The aim of JHHHT is to assist projects which will provide real practical support to families, such as overnight respite care, assistance with transport needs and home help.

Anything that you can contribute to this charity will be really appreciated and will really encourage me to get round the 13 mile course on Sunday.

The half marathon is starting and finishing in Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens at 10 on 10.10.10. If any of you happen to be in the area and have nothing better to do, do come along and, with Richard, Oliver and Lizzie, either throw wet sponges at me  or, preferably, cheer me on as I hobble around the course! The route can be found at the link below:

Thank you so much for your support.

All the best

Kitty
