We support disabled children & young people to live the life they choose & deserve.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are three terrified individuals that are taking on the challenge of abseiling down Guy's Hospital for Action for Kids.

We are all abseiling virgins however for the cause we will just about manage to abseil 500ft. With your support we are hoping to raise £1000 of which every penny will go towards Action For Kids which is a national charity helping children and young people with physical and learning disabilities. We transform lives by supplying and maintaining wheelchairs and mobility equipment, and providing work and training through our Work Related Learning and school outreach programmes.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

AFK is a disability and neurodiversity charity providing support to children and young people across the UK. We assist young people in accessing specialised mobility equipment that isn't available on the NHS and routes to paid employment in an effort to close the disability employment gap.
