Dear All

This Saturday 5th September 2009 I (along with a 60-strong team) will be trekking up Wales' highest peak, Mount Snowdon, all in aid of the extraordinary charity Sophie's Appeal. Those that know me are well aware that exercise really isn't my forte and needless to say I haven't been training for this challenge either! Please therefore sponsor me as many pennies as you can afford. Every little helps after all.

I've nearly reached my target of £200 so please help me on my way! Please also tick the gift aid box - it just means the Inland Revenue have to pay back the tax they would charge us so there is no extra cost for you!

Local paper, The Daily Echo, will be coming along with us to take lots of pictures and also take a video of the trail.
