My story
As you all know, I am passionate about animal welfare so this year I thought I would do something meaningful. Although running has never been my thing, I convinced my friend Helen to join me in the Brighton Heroes Run to raise money for charity. We will be dressing up as superheroes and embarassing ourselves on the day running 5K on Brighton and Hove seafront -I am sure it will be fun! I am asking my friends to donate to Frame, the Fund for the Replacement of Animals in Medical Experiments. I also hope to raise awareness of the brilliant work this charity does. FRAME's ultimate aim is the elimination of the need to use laboratory animals in any kind of medical or scientific procedures.
Thank you so much for your support - I really appreciate it. It will make having sore legs and feet and running around dressed up as a superhero totally worth it! ;-)
