I am planning to swim a mile (at least) - which is about 60 lengths in the Spence street pool. The first 20 or so seem easy then it gets harder - can you help to motivate me to keep going? Knowing I am raising funds for LASS will really help - so your sponsorship is important.

At the last swim, in 2007, I swam nearly 100 lengths - but not quite. So if you would like to encourage me to reach the magic of a century of lengths by adding a bit more that would be great.....your choice.
