Hi there!

I do like this country, so much so that I have decided to cross it from top to toe..! 

Between June 12th - 20th 2010, I will be cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End as I take part in the ride across Britain.. (http://www.rideacrossbritain.com/) 

1000 miles in total, an average of 110 miles per day.. or the equivalent of London to Brighton and back everyday for 9 days..

How do you manage that..? I am not quite sure yet.. get the right bike.. a bit of mental discipline (or being simply mental!) and get that training started, bring on the spin classes, the circuit training, and the long rides at the weekend..
