My story
Annwyl gyfaill/dear friend,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm planning on Stepping up for Nature by cycling the length of Wales (over 200 miles) in 24 hours on 1st July. A group of friends and I will set off from the RSPB's reserve at South Stack (Anglesey) and ride to Newport Wetlands. I hope to raise funds for the great work done across Wales, the UK and internationally as well as to get slightly fitter in the process :-)

Well, we did it! 205 miles in 21.5 hours. RSPB South Stack to RSPB Newport Wetlands by bike in a day. Thanks so much for all your generous support for the RSPB's great work.
Just had a great sports massage to get the legs nice and relaxed for Sunday! Feeling good and weather forecast looks kind too!
Wow - thanks to one and all for the support! Diolch :-) I'm not riding much this week until the big day, but am going to eat as much as I like!
Well, the training is going ok although the weather hasn't been that kind! I've ridden a few hundred miles in the last couple of weeks so hope I have put enough work in by the big day.
