Team Cerys D are taking part on the Hadrians Wall Hike for Great Ormond Street for the second year!
Mum, Aunty Sharon and Aunty Jen are completing the weekend trek in June.
Cerys has had two open heart surgeries, we are monitored by GOSH every four months now, waiting for the next open heart planned to happen within the next year.
She amazes us all with her strength and energy - she touches everyone she meets with her story.
We all love her so much and cannot thank everyone that has supported us along the way.
