Chailey Heritage School is a nationally recognised, non-maintained day and residential special school and Children’s Home for young people with complex physical disabilities and health needs. There is an acute shortage of suitable provision for young disabled adults once they leave school. We believe that these young people need and deserve the opportunity and support to help them prepare for the future, which is why we have launched an Appeal to raise funds towards a Young Adults’ Transition Service for those aged 19-25. We need to raise at least £1.8m to build and equip a new Day Centre.
