Every second of every day you do something that if not for the armed forces today or years ago, you would not be doing. You have free speech, you have human rights, you are alive. If we can support our country in the Euros, Wimbledon and Olympics this year, then we can support them in their needs!

Help for Heroes offer practical and direct support to our wounded and are one of few charities to uphold a 'Money in - Money out' scheme meaning the money you can help me raise goes direct to the cause.

Im petrefied of flying at the best of times so jumping out of a plane is going to be one big step, so please donate anything you can every penny is appreciated!
