A brand new year, waiting to be changed by the power of your choices!

I'll be doing my first ever 5K run on the 14th of January as part of the LMM 5K run for Syria. All donations will be directly handed over to Hand in Hand for Syria, a charity that is very active in Syria, including in Aleppo. In recent days they have been distributing tents, mattresses, blankets, insulation mats, lamps, kitchen kits and baby milk.

Making new year resolutions are easy- and forgetting them slowly is easier! (atleast for me!)
