Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  As you may know I have been cycling for charity for several years and previously its been for Help for Heroes and other military charities. 

This year its a bit more personal. 

As many of you know, I have been suffering with - and fighting - Prostate Cancer for the past year.  I have had surgery and radiotherapy treatment and its not a lot of fun. 

Prostate Cancer kills men.  It has become the third biggest cancer killer in the UK and only in recent years has more attention been paid to this dreadful disease.   But more, much more needs to be done and research funding is key.

So unashamedly I am appealing to you to support me in raising funds for this cause.
