This is the 5th Great Curry run and I have always found excuses not to do them in the past. I have now discovered my old school kit bag and have dusted off the knee length shorts and string vest and am in active training !

The staff, parents and pupils of St George's school have raised nearly £150,000 for the Soldiers Charity; and this year, proceeds are being shared with Medecins Sans Frontieres. MSF have been in the front line in the war on ebola and in helping alleviate the misery of the war zones in the Middle East and is a charity I am keen to support.
