Story
So Deng and I are adventurers, we all know this. Deng was born in the jungle to a couple who had never realised the war had ended, and trekked his way out once he'd over-eaten the local game, and I get lost the entire time, so we have it in us. On the morning of Saturday 1st of November, we will be released alongside another few hundred Warwick students to get as far away from Warwick University as possible in 36 hours without using any money at all. Apparently there is a series of atolls in Polynesia that spell out "Charles and Deng win Jailbreak", so that is specifically our destination.
And I think everyone understands the need to fund cancer research: developments in cancer prevention and treatment are a result of the lab research of scientists all over the world, and only by funding this research can we hope to better understand and treat the many forms of this disease. Too many people have personal stories of it for me to need to make the need clear. I can, however, tell you that Worldwide Cancer Research is a fantastic charity to fund. They specifically fund research into what causes cancer, and what is actually going on, rather than clinical research, and they're not constrained by national boundaries, and can therefore fund valuable research all over the world.
