Less than a month away, oh my goodness. A week's holiday in Cornwall and a week away on a course for work have interfered with my training schedule somewhat- need to get serious!
8 mile run done tonight and I didn't feel like I was going to die- hurrah! I can do this! (I hope?!)

Prospect Hospice offers dedicated end of life care and support to patients and their families in the Swindon and North Wilts area, at the Hospice, at GWH and in patients homes. Free to all who need it, our care costs over £5.4M a year, 75% of which we must raise ourselves www.prospect-hospice.net
