Charlie rides the Prudential 100

Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2018 · 29 July 2018 ·
Hey pals,
This July I'm participating in the Prudential RideLondon 100, a 100 mile timed bike ride on closed roads taking in some of the best Surrey countryside. I'm riding with Peckham Cycle Club for charity called Cambridge House, which tackles poverty across London and helps people transition out of crisis. You can find out more about what they do here: http://ch1889.org/
Living in south London, the level of poverty is immediately apparent. Cambridge House is a small charity that has been operating for over 100 years and can make a real difference in the local area and other London boroughs.
Having ridden this distance and above many times before, I will be aiming to cover the 100 miles in 4hrs 30mins or less for a good challenge! Please throw a fiver into the pot (whatever you can spare) for a good cause and get me reacquainted with the pain cave in July...
Cheers! - C x
