<p>Dillon is a remarkable little boy with so much love. dillon dont smile but he smiles from his heart.</p>
<p>Please help me to help the charity to found out why this happened to my little boy.</p>
<p>About 30 of us will be attending the walk to raise awareness on 22nd Jan wearing purple - we can handle the rain but lets pray it dont snow ay</p>
