Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer. I know how so many people have been affected by breast cancer – whether they have been diagnosed personally, or a loved one has faced this disease. 

1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their life.  There are 12,000 new cases diagnosed every year. Breakthrough Breast Cancer are leading the charge in fighting back. They have inspired me to join this year’s Crocus Walk to help them raise funds http://www.breakthrough.org.uk/

The Crocus Walk takes place on Saturday 5th April, starting from Walmer Castle and going to St Margaret’s before coming back again.  It should be about 8 miles in total.

This amazing charity has done so much in so many ways for women and breast cancer sufferers.  I hope that you will be able to sponsor me in my walk, safe in the knowledge that your money will go to help fund treatment for breast cancer sufferers – and help save lives.
