This year, i have been persuaded by BFF Ed Maughan that running a half marathon with him and his family would be a good idea........ I HATE running. For a bit of added motivation i have decided to raise money for Help For Heroes. Help for Heroes is a charity that helps those who are forced to make huge, life changing sacrifices on our behalf. Please help me raise as much money as possible to provide support for our injured soldiers, and the families of those who have been killed.
