I've done it - 700km cycle from Nice to Paris! it was so tough but an incredible experience.

I took part in Lawrence Dallaglio's Cycle Slam - a 2,800km route during the 6 Nations, taking in all of the stadiums; Rome to Murrayfield, taking in Paris, Twickenham, Cardiff and Dublin. Follow progress on www.dallagliocycleslam.com.

Our aim - raise £1,000,000 for Sports Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation which will be donating to DebRA, Help for Heroes, Leukaemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fund. Sponsors have donated all the costs of the trip so ALL funds raised will go direct to charity. Sports Relief and The Dallaglio Foundation will share the funds on a 50:50 basis.
