Story

Hi Everyone

Here is your opportunity to make me look EVEN SILLIER than usual!

This year I will be dying my hair fluorescent purple for finals to raise money for the Acts of Hope Primary School in Bangalore, India. Finals start the week of the 17th of May, so read a bit more about the charity and

GET DONATING! :)

The Acts of Hope Trust was formed in 2000 by five family members who had a vision to help educate the ‘poorest of the poor’ children. It was decided that we should open a school in the village of Kasavana Halli, to the east of Bangalore. From a small begining, working with 56 children in June 2001, we have grown to supporting over 300 children with a staff of 15.

We are committed to continue our growth with the development of a secondary school, enabling Acts of Hope to take in youngsters up to 16 years of age. At that stage Acts of Hope will be giving 500 children a real chance in life, thereby following our mission to‘….bring Hope and Opportunity…’

Acts of Hope is an awesome cause to support, and something I personally really believe in. Everyone needs a bit of excitement around finals time, and what better way than seeing me baffle the proctors with a bright purple mop?!

I really appreciate all your donations,
