Story

I will be running the Brighton Marathon in April 2012 in order to raise money for The Clock Tower Sanctuary, a charity supporting young homeless people which is based in the centre of Brighton.

Most people's first response to this has been along the lines of: "A half marathon, right?" To which I must respond: "No, most people, a FULL marathon." 26 and bit miles. Actually, writing it down makes it seem quite scary.

So if you would be kind enough to donate a pound a mile, or even a tenner of your hard-earned to help vulnerable young people then it would really help encourage me to actually do some training for it (26 miles?! Oh dear...), which in turn might mean that I will not take three days to run it.

Details about the charity and the excellent work they do are below, followed by information about JustGiving, and how clever it is. Thanks in rather presumptuous advance!
