Story
I will be running in memory of all those we have lost, in support of the wounded and for those who are still fighting. I know they are in the forefront of people's minds with the regular news reports we see and hear. So please dig deep for our boys and girls, even if you can only afford a couple of pounds. The support will be greatly appreciated by me; even more so by Help for Heroes, and not forgetting the Heroes themselves :-)!
