My daughter Lily Mia who is 17 months was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect aged 11 months , she has since had surgery to correct her Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA)  which is a congenital heart defect that means her ductus arteriosus fails to close after birth, Just a week after her operation Lily is full of life and can do everything a child with a  'normal' heart can do , if she hadnt of been offered this treatment Lilys life expextancy would be greatly reduced .

I want to raise money for the childrens heart foundation , who help parents and children with their fears and worries during diagnosis and treatment and throughout childrens lives. And the ward Lily had her operation on , for new toys etc

 I am doing a sponsered weight loss i aim to loose 2 stone (or hopefully more) and hope that all my friends and family will sponser me a £1 for every 7 pounds i lose :) or as much as you can give ,

I will regulary update everyone on my website and will be weighed weekly by weightwatchers (so no cheating hehe)

The final weigh in will be the end of june and all the money raised will be donated to The childrens heart foundation and Alderhey childrens hospital
