Story

Mr Charles Walter Bailey  Born 21st October 1922 - Died 30th June 2009 aged 86

'A heart of gold stopped beating
Two shining eyes at rest
God broke our hearts to prove
He only takes the best.

God knows you had to leave us
But you did not go alone
For part of us went with you
The day he took you home.

To some you are forgotten
To others just part of the past
But to us who loved and lost you
The memory will always last'

As you are aware Granddad had Dementia for his final years of his life.  Granddad received overwelming support from a network of people that made these last few years as comfortable as possible for him.  We want to thank these people for all their efforts and would like you all to help ensure other people that have dementia in the future continue to receive this support by making a donation to this trust.  Thank you for any donations you make.
