The Prince's Trust is a great charity who help 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives.

On the 7th October, my colleagues and I are cycling 45miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to support the cause.

For every £1 given to the Prince's Trust, 87p is spent on activities that change young lives. 13p is spent on support costs and investing in fundraising to help even more young people.
