This January I'm giving up pretty much all of my favourite things - wine, gin and tonic, Prosecco, coffee, espresso martini's.... the list goes on - in support of WaterAid's Deliver Life appeal. It's going to be tough (I've already got a headache from the lack of caffeine and Friday night without a glass of red wine is just not Friday night as far as I'm concerned...) but it's for a great cause so please do chuck me a pound or 2 if you can.

By sponsoring me to drink just water for January, you will be helping make sure no child arrives into the world without the clean, safe water they need. And the great news is, that every £1 you give between 10 November and 10 February will be doubled by the UK Government – meaning we can help twice as many mothers and babies stay safe and well.
