It's that time of year again, when I hang up my corkscrew and bid farewell to alcohol for a whole month in the name of charity. This year I'm joined by Jenn and we're raising money for #teamirfon & Awyr Las  Gogledd Cymru/Blue Sky North Wales  to help support the Alaw Cancer Unit in Ysbyty Gwynedd. A unit where  friends and loved ones have received  treatment. The funds will help Alaw to provide the counseling services, complementary therapies, specialist equipment, bespoke wigs and extra comforts that make a huge difference to patients.

A sober October may not be everyone's idea of a challenge but anyone who knows us well will tell you that we're rarely seen without a glass of beloved wine, or  G&T in hand - so for us this is a bit of a marathon!
