At least 21 people with epilepsy in the UK die each week. SUDEP Action, is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those bereaved by epilepsy, raising awareness of epilepsy risks and tackling deaths in people with epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

SUDEP is a charity close to LUUWHC's heart, after losing a member Emily 'Sumo' Summaria a few years ago, since her death we have raised over £40,000 for charity.

This next year I hope to take part in at least two of the LUUWHC Challenge for Champions, including the Channel Swim and the Leeds Half Marathon.
