On 13th October myself and Paul will be running another half marathon, the Great Eastern Run, with a number of  my work colleagues, to raise money for Age UK.  This is a charity which both mine and Paul's work support.  Those of you who know us will be aware that we have a busy enough life already without factoring in both of us trying to train for a half marathon!! But we hope with your generous donations and support to get round another 13.1 miles.  Age UK is a fantastic charity which should really be close to all of our hearts....well hopefully we are all going to get old someday and who knows of we will need that little bit of extra help that the charity can provide.  So please, donate what you can and help all of weeks of training juggling be worth it...... thank you!!!1
