Hello All, 

We are running the Swindon half marathon this September in memory of Charlotte’s stillborn daughter Annabelle who she sadly lost in August 2015 at 33 weeks into her pregnancy.

We have chosen SANDs to support because they as a charity do a tremendous amount for people who sadly join the group no one would choose to be a part of, but once you are in the group you are in it for life. They help so many people in their own grieving journeys including helplines, memory boxes for parents to take home, holding monthly support meetings across the nation, funding research, providing befriender training for 1 on 1 support to those who need it, supporting hospitals and midwives, the list goes on. 

So, We need your help to support and continue this much needed charity as it’s still a taboo subject that need to be made more aware of. 

Charlotte  - “I have not ran since leaving school 12 years ago and at the moment 5k is just about what I can handle but my driving force is the amount we can raise and of course my Annabelle who will give me the strength to keep going. Any amount of support would be amazing so please donate and help us get through this Half marathon” 🏃‍♀️

Kelly -  “The last time I ran must of been when I done the cross country at school in year 9, so 15 or so years ago! I really wanted to do something for myself, and I think this is the perfect opportunity. Supporting SANDS and running for them is just the cherry on the top.
